Hi alfpar, I intended the plugin to be simple, because that’s all I needed when I created it, and I’ve found that there are lots of other people who also only needed/wanted the basic features. There are dozens of other Google Maps plugins out there, and many of them are intended for users who want more advanced features. BGMP isn’t trying to be all things to all people, though; it’s just aiming to providing the basic features (hence, the name).
