Code for time post created

I requested assistance previously but no response. Is it possible to list the time the post was created in the category short code? Also, I notice that the list appears on the list page on my site almost correctly but there is no space between the title and the date. These 2 items run together instead of having a post title + (space) + date. E.g. Don’t StopFebruary 1, 2013 instead of Don’t Stop, February 1, 2013. Checked various code but can’t see anything to insert a space between those fields.
