Change link colors?

Hi there–I’m fairly new to this, and just want to change the hyper link colors. I assume I’m supposed to use the wpp.css, but I don’t know what to add/change to change the colors. Right now, the links are white with a grey mouse-over, which doesn’t work well on a white background. 🙁

Any ideas?
