You have some validation errors which need to be addressed. I’m not sure if they’re causing IE to explode but you should fix them and retry your test in IE.
thanks for the help! that’s a lot of help, but now how do i fix that?? what file do i open? sorry, i’m a newbie!
You’ll need to modify your template files. Start by looking at the Codex for an understanding of WP basics.
Hi Kevin.
You need to edit the css file found in the themes folder.
Put your URL in here and it will hilight the errors.
If you don’t know css, I’d advise finding a tutorial. This site has some helpers.
If I were you, I’d find a trusted theme from wordpress, and then edit it little by little, testing each change. Your ‘look’ will be more generic, but it won’t blow up on you. BTW I got it to work in IE7 just by going ‘back’ after the error.
I’d check out this error too

43 Lexical error at line 43, column 81. Encountered: “?” (63), after : “”
I’ve found and fixed two of them! Still having one error!
