How to create Products Database manually

Hi, I am building my online store and have more than 1500 products, I have images for all those and description and price. Uploading those in Shopping cart one by one will be hectic, so I am looking to make a csv first and uploading those to the site. How to create a database manually so it fits into the products categories after uploading?

Please suggest me is Woo-commerce be good for this or if any other recommendation please do share.
