HELP?

I am considering installing this theme. I really like the look and functions–however, I came here to look through the functions and saw that it has 12 – 1 star reviews and 13 – 5 star. Such a varied difference. But I cannot find any reason why people gave it s low or high rating as it seems there are no comments. Can someone who uses it give me the scoop or send me to a site to see it in use?
