Adding a text choice to a Select List

    Hi,
    First, great plugin, user friendly and support help. It’s been a while since I’ve needed to change anything. I have a couple questions.

    1) Is it possible to add a ‘enter text’ option to a Select List?
    Example: How did you hear about us?
    I want a dropdown select list with an option for a user to manually enter an answer that is not already in the list.

    Or, the best way to do this?

    2) There does not seem to be an easy way to reorder the extra fields. I would like to put the field (How did you hear about us?) below “Country” in my contact form.

    3) My year is not displaying correctly (Date of Visit field) in Chrome. Not a big deal. Just thought I would mention it, in case it’s a plugin issue and not a browser issue.

    Hi,

    I have not received an answer to this yet.
    I would like a Select List to have an ‘enter text’ option. Sorry, but I do not see the way to do this in the help files.
    For example:

    How did you hear about us? Dropdown Select List
    Newspaper
    Radio
    Television
    Other – Please Describe (user enters answer/text)

    And, also the answers to my other questions. I know I can cut and paste to rearrange the fields. Is there another way?
    The calendar issue in Chrome is a minor nuisance. Wondering if it is the plugin or the browser?
