Does not seem to be working

    I implemented the plug in and it does not appear to work properly. My old website is still on the server along with a wordpress version. When I click on a search result in google I still get the old page. I know that page entry is properly listed in the plugin.

    Do you provide paid support? This is an urgent issue.

    If the file exists on the server, WordPress will not redirect it. Moving, renaming, or deleting the file should solve the problem if everything else is set up correctly. If you want to send me specific links so I can investigate further, email is probably best. contact@scottnelle.com
