Hi,

I moved a website from HTML to wordpress. I had trackecd the website in Piwik.

Now if I use the plugin, a new ID is created, but I want to keep tracking the same ID for the website, to have the history…can I do that with the plugin? If so, how?

If you are not using WP-Piwik as a network plugin (“WPMU”), you can disable the automatic configuration. Afterwards you can choose the Piwik site you like to use.

Elsewise you have to keep sure your old and your new website are using excactly the same URL.
