Zipped Ok. Will Not Install on New WP Site

    To go back: I feel like a twit! I did not read the whole instructions to the end. So I save the zipped backup ON MY COMPUTER ….

    Then when the nameservers have already changed to direct from my old doc-computer.com to new host, I have installed a fresh copy default of
    WP, installed WPClone plugin.
    Then I see that it has to be restored from a URI [is that the same as a URL?]. That is when I tried the URL from Dropbox and from my computer and neither worked. AAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!

    Any suggestions VERY welcome. I know computers but am still learning WordPress. Have not looked into the way it works. So phpAdmin confuses me.

    there’s an issue on some servers where the plugin fails to download the package,that could be the reason that you’re getting this error.
    since you’re stuck with an empty site,could you open a ticket to support@wpacademy.com,it’ll be faster.
