Error 500 when activated | WordPress.org

When activating this plugin in WP 3.5.1 it causes error 500

I deactivated all plugins and then reactivated one-by-one. The moment this plugin was activated, the error occurred.

I’m sorry to hear this. I’ve not been able to reproduce this, but this is a dupe of this other thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/upgradinginstalling-404-fresh-results-in-wp-admin-error-500s
