• Hi Takayuki,

I’m having a IE browser specific issue with Really Simple Captcha.

It is not a game-breaker but could cause some issues in certain circumstances. The image appears when you first land on the contact page and works fine.

However, if you refresh the page, the image remains the same but will not validate (as behind the scenes, the value is now different). The form will then fails to submit. The page refreshes and everything is back to normal again.

Sometimes the image does not appear at all again after a page refresh. This seems to be an IE 7 – 9 issues – with 10 working fine. Chrome, Firefox and Safari all work great as well.

The site is cached – but the contact form pages are excluded and diagnostics show that the CAPTCHA images are not being cached – so the issue does not seem to be there.

As I said, not a killer issue but one I would like to find the answer too – have you had anyone with similar issue or can you suggest a fix?

    Many thanks!
