Slow loading Home page

    Hello,
    My site seems to be loading slowly. This has been happening since uploading a new header image to weaver admin.
    I have compressed the image using a free online image compressor.
    Could this be a plugin issue ?. I have recently added new plugins BPS security, Copyright proof, Quick Cache and W/P lockdown.
    I added the quick cache plugin hoping it would help.
