I have a problem with media after I upgrade from 3.4.2 to 3.5 and 3.5.1. When I upload an image, it shows “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later”. I have try several times and it also has the same problem.

I try to deactivate all my plugin, revert to default theme, re-install my wordpress, and reupload wp-admin and wp-includes but the problem still exist.

I have read and try these steps but nothing changed.

Did you test for javascript errors?

Check the server’s php and http error logs, try to find what the actual error is when you perform the upload.

Without more information about what the actual underlying problem is, nobody can really help you. We need details.

Hi Samuel, I’m not sure how to check the server’s php and http error logs.
I have already login into my hostgator cpanel and check Error Log and Error Pages and I found nothing error here.

I don’t know what information should I provide here regarding my problem.
What else should I put the information here to solve my problem?

Thank you songdogtech.
I have try to edit my robots.txt, then I edit my feed, and it shows normal. The problem is the media uploader still has the same error.

I have WP 3.5.1, and when I go to fantastico it needs update. When I update it via fantastico, actually it’s been downgrade to 3.5. Then I update to 3.5.1 via wordpress update and the problem solved.
