Widget ruined my website

I installed this widget to make another widget (Rokstories) only show up on my homepage. In the Rokstories widget I checked the box to allow your widget options and selected to only show on my homepage, I then clicked the save button and it continued to save for over 20 minutes. So to check if the program saved I clicked refresh on my browser, upon reloading my widget side bar in my admin panel only showed down to the location of where Rokstories was and no further widget locations were visible. Also, None of the widgets on my widget page were draggable.
I tried deleting your widget as well as Rokstories and the only fix now is to not have Rokstories activated. If I reactivate it, I get the same problems as before. I need that widget working. What did your widget do? I regret ever downloading widgets controller please tell me how to fix this.
