• It’s a good thing I installed this on a fresh test site…

I tried to set a few options such as Target Countries, placement of $ symbol and another yes/no option that I can’t remember but it was on the same options page as the aforementioned. I just was not able to “set” these options..either the UI didn’t work, i.e, couldn’t “Select” target countries, the yes/no option…is that a checkbox or radio button or what?…and for the $ sign…no visible UI element to enable/disable…

Anyway I decided to deactivate & delete…that seemed to work but I was left with 10 – 15 e-commerce tables in the database as well as multiple post and pages…

I then discovered the Nuke’m tool “WP e-Commerce – Store Toolkit” and re-installed e-commerce so that I could use this tool to completely wipe out the infection…but alas…it helped some…but there are still artifacts leftover in the database…

Ouch…glad it was a fresh test installed site…

I suppose the lesson is: from now own, always install ANY plugin in a new fresh-test site and then uninstall the plugin to see if any artifacts are left behind…and if there is any other damage…

    Good luck
