Blue question mark in middle of Theme icon

    Can anyone tell me what a blue question mark in the middle of a theme icon means?
    Also, I can’t turn off the ‘Editor’ feature, which makes my pages look really bad.
    Can anyone help me with this. I would be most grateful.

    Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the Twenty Ten folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Thanks esmi,
    I downloaded Filezilla and transferred the Theme to the appropriate location, but something isn’t working. I’ve made such a mess of my WP site, I’m going to call my friendly local computer consultant to come to my house and dig me out of the hole I’ve dug myself into. And I’m going to watch him do it to see how it’s done.
