How to change Permalink? or remove folder name.

    All of my post names are starting /blog/………/
    I want to remove “/blog/”

    ex)
    abc.com/blog/hello-how-are-you/ <—– NOW
    abc.com/hello-how-are-you/ <——- I want to make it like this.

    on Setting (Permalinks), I can’t find how to do.
    There is no option to setup for this.
