show widgets before posts on mobile devices with Twenty Twelve

    Hi,

    I am looking for a way to show a widget (namely “about author”) before the list of posts instead of at the bottom of the posts created by an author. This occur when using a mobile device.

    Any idea on how to do this?

    The author archive of 2012 already has the author’s info before list of posts.

    Thanks for your answer.
    Sorry, i don t get your point though. Can you be more specific:
    On a desktop browser, no problem, my widget with author custom infos (phone, email, etc…) is displayed on the top right column but when i access it from an iphone, the same info gets displayed at the bottom of all posts by the author since all is displayed under column like most responsive themes i guess..

    ahh, I thought you are refering to the standard author’s info.

    So it’s the widget in the sidebar, you have to register one extra sidebar and then place the call to that sidebar in the template before the posts and then use CSS display none and display block alternatively on small and large screen width.

    There is no other ways that I can think of.
