Theme Install Issue

Hi Guys, I am new to WP so this could be a total noob thing, but I am trying to install a theme and I am following the directions to a “t”, but when I go to the admin panel I get this:

“Warning: require(/home/content/91/10467491/html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/91/10467491/html/wp-settings.php on line 21

Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it?
