WPMU subdirecty install IIS 7 404

    I installed WPMU as a subdirectory installation, everything worked, but when I try to visit the dashboard for the sites I get a 404.

    path is
    shared.wpmu.mysite.com/subdir/wp-admin

    I can hit the site but not access the dashboard
    IIS7 R2008

    Do I need to add a rewrite rule?
