[Plugin: WP Better Security] Can I safely delete it?

    I very recently installed this plug in, and though I haven’t changed any settings yet, all seems okay, except some javascript has stopped working in one place in my site.

    I have deactivated it for testing, and nothing else seem broken, but before I delete it I would like to know the risks if any, seeing as changes have been made to core files. Can I simply re-install and reactivate to get back to where I am now?
