• Just upgraded Page Builder to 1.2.9

Now although I can still edit a page with the Page Builder GUI, I can’t save or preview the page.
    My browser just hangs.

I’d like to try reverting to 1.2.8 to see if that cures the problem.
Where can I find a copy of 1.2.8?

Many other plugins allow access to older versions from the Developer tab on the WordPress plugin page.

The changes from 1.2.8 to 1.2.9 were fairly minor. I’ll see what I can do about getting the older versions onto the developer page, but for now, I can email you an older version if you need.

Ideally though, I’d like to figure out what’s causing the issue so I can fix it. If you disable all your other plugins, do you still get the issue? If you have Chrome or Firefox, can you see if you’re getting any Javascript errors?

    Thanks for your reply.

I think I mentioned in a separate post that the icons in the PageBuilder toolbar do not appear if I have activated the All-in-One Events Calendar (AI1EC) plugin from http://time.ly

However, with AI1EC activated, hovering over where the icons should have been still shows me the popup (Add Widget, Add Row etc) and I can click and add widgets, rearrange, etc.

But I got too ambitious and tried to add the Events Calendar Widget into one of the widget areas.
It is that which caused preview to hang

So the problem is not related to 1.2.9; it is a restriction that the AI1EC widget is incompatible with AI1EC.

That’s a pity because I wanted to use that widget….

I’ve made a note of this issue in my issue tracker. I’ll try sort out the incompatibility on my side in the next update.
