WP Tables Not Loaded

    Hi, I uploaded WP 3.5.1 to the server using FTP. I have all the files in the correct folder, created the MySQL databases, and worked on the wp-config.php file. When I went over to phpMyAdmin, I saw “create tables.” I selected the correct MySQL database, but the WP tables weren’t there. How do I get the WP tables into phpMyAdmin? Thanks.
