Tried it on several browsers. Not doing anything
Not all themes compatible with my plugin. There are several reasons why it is not working. Did you read FAQ?

Yes I did.
It was the only widget active at that point, the only Javascript and the header and footer was active. The only other plugin that was active at that time was Akismet.
And still it didn’t do anything – sorry 🙂
But did you checked html source code for widget IDs?
This is the most often reason why the plugin is completely not working. It cannot find widget…
Also, try to change your theme to default Twenty Twelve. Is it working?

Yes I did – and the IDs a not the same. And i tried it with only that widget that should be floating (disabling the other one).
Iv’e just tried it on Twenty Twelve. It’s working on that one.
Well, now you can try to use new option – for custom or none standard IDs.
See plugin settings page. Input there your widget ID, and uncheck option in the widgets menu. Ok?

It’s not that I don’t appreciate you help. But I have moved on. I’m working for a client at a fixed price. So I don’t have the time to do all kind of changes to make it work. I’ve already spend too much time on it. But I will look into the plugin again at another time. Thanks for your help
Ok.
But next time write to support forum, I’ll try to help.
Do NOT shit in rating!!!

Sorry – but i was rating the plugin. YOU started the support. I wasn’t looking for support!
I started support just to be sure – the problem in theme, not in plugin!
