Nope, there shouldn’t be.
Sometimes people get confused between their custom menu and crating a new page and expecting the new page to appear in their menu.
If you’re using a custom menu, make sure you add your new page in it after you’ve created it.
You’ll find custom menus in your dashboard>appearances>menus

Hi Ron,
Thanks so much for helping me out. I just cant seem to fix the issue.
This is what I’m doing to add a new menu,
I go to Pages – Add New – Name the page – Save
I go to Appearance – Menu – Pages (on the side bar) – and click the menu I want to add then click add to menu.
It adds the new menu at the bottom of the structure but when I save the new menu – it doesn’t save it.
I’ve built the whole menu like this, but recently it stopped working.
Hope this makes sense.

@cindymelnyk, Sorry, but you’re using a premium/paid theme. We have no idea what kind of menu is implemented in that theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme http://themify.me/themes/itheme2 for help with customizations and issues. These forums are for themes available in the WordPress theme directory at wordpress.org/extend/themes/.
Cindy – also be sure that you don’t have any caching active on your site. And you might also try deactivating all your plugins to see if any of them are causing that problem.
There’s no caching and that theme uses the old superfish system and possibly a must-use plugin called WP Menubar.
