Site freezes after install

    I installed the plugin on a client’s website, entered the API key and secret, after which the front-end and WordPress backend of the site freeze up completely. I have to then FTP in and delete the plugin to unfreeze the site.

    Also, using Genesis Agentpress theme.

    Can you please help to resolve this problem?
