track outbound links not working

Hi. I installed this plugin for the track outbound links functionality. I have the option enabled in setting yet I am not seeing and javascript added to the outbound links on my site. Does this mean it’s not working? How do I get that working?

I have tried so many plugins/scripts but none will add the javascript.
