getting internal server error when accessing theme options

    Im getting this error message when i try to access my theme options :

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    can anyone assist? I just started happening. I didnt touch any files or change any code

    In order:
    A) Scan your site at http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/ in case your site was compromised.
    B) Switch to unedited default theme.
    C) Deactivate all plugins.

    If site and admin dashboard then run ok, it’s a theme or plugin issue.
    To test, activate only one at a time (theme first), test site and admin functions. When site breaks again, you will have isolated the culprit.
