WP-Cache Problem

Hey i am using the latest version of WP-Cache Plugin. I want to use this plugin called Welcome Back User to welcome new visitors to my blog and tell them to subscribe to my feed.

It doesn’t work with WP-Cache well and it shows the welcome to message to all the visitors of the blog no matter if they are new or old..
