Select non admin as post author

    When I reassign a role to someone such as subscriber and then log myself in as the admin. If I attempt to use the screen options ‘author’ pulldown I only get a list of other users in the system that are also administrators.

    Is it possible to have this pulldown reflective of every user in the system and not be based on some level of permissions?
