WordPress not Recognizing that site url is https

    Our site is running in full SSL, which was achieved through changing the site url and wordpress url under settings to include https://.

    I recently noticed that WordPress is now all of a sudden loading multiple scripts at http, not https. This is including default theme files, plugin files, and a little bit of everything.

    Not only is my site not secure, but Google Chrome is not loading my insecurely loaded stylesheets.

    It’s as if WordPress is now no longer taking our full url settings into account..

    I have searched around and seen that a few other people have had this problem with WordPress 3.5 It sounds like this is a bug in the software. Can anyone confirm this?
