Themes for different categories?

Is it possible to use different themes on one build of WordPress? I would like several of my categories to use different themes. For instance:

Category “Halloween” would use the “Halloween” theme
Category “Christmas” would use the “Christmas” theme

My categories/topics are holidays, which are similar in that regard, but really deserve a distinct visual representation for each one. Plus, I’d like to use totally different features and layout for each category, which would make using 1 theme that’s got a bunch of conditional statements far from ideal.

When searching for possible options for “multiple themes” or “themes by category” I only came up with the Theme Switcher plugin and a vulnerability report that pertains to some Blix themes. Obviously not what I’m looking for!

Any possibility of this happening?
