Can't edit image in post using visual editor

Hi!
I’m using WP 3.5.1. I have a problem in editing images in a post through visual editor. As usually, I can easily edit an image by put the cursor on the image, so there will be two buttons at top left of the image, they are Edit Image and Delete Image, then click the Edit Image button to edit the image.
In normal, popup window that contain any tool to edit the image will be appear. However it was not. Moreover, it shows my 404 page in the pop up window. I give you the screenshot here

I have deactivate all of the plugin. Also I have change the theme to the original Twenty Twelve. But I still get stuck.

FYI, I use Lezara theme from Flashxml

Need ur help
