[Plugin: jQuery Colorbox] Plugin dont work for Vimeo Video

Hey can someone help here? I dont really get it.

this my div for thumbnail in wordpress how can i integrate the colorbox here?

so that everytime i click the thumbnail in wordpress, it will display the video link which is written in the content…

by the way the content i put on the “post” is the iframe embed code is that correct?

please help..
