AddThis Toolbar showing twice

I’m using a custom post type to have a custom header on each page (text and image in the header different on each page) and the AddThis toolbar is showing up near the text in the header as well as at the bottom of the post (as my settings tell it to). How can I get rid of this second instance in the header?
