Can't customize Clickdesk from dashboard

    Hi there, Thanks for this plugin! I’ve managed so far to make it work…

    But i’m not able to customize it: Whenever i try to login from the WP dashboard it just shakes as if i was entering a wrong login or password –but these are correct: i can access the account from clickdesk.com

    Moreover, i tried activating Contact Call Plugin – Voice Plugin for Websites (is it indeed the same or not as Clickdesk Live Chat plugin?) and i can’t either access the plugin settings from dashboard.

    Could someone please help me get through?

    Hi,

    If you are able to login at my.clickdesk.com (dashboard) with your account details, please proceed. Customizing the live chat at ClickDesk’s dashboard would reflect the changes everywhere as it’s the same login account. You need not separately customize it through WordPress.

    Please write to support @ clickdesk.com with your WordPress details if you still face any issue.

    Contact call plugin – It is not longer under active development and we are not supporting it.
