Support » Plugin: iContact for Gravity Forms » Checkbox Fields Aren't Mapping to iContact

Thanks for this plugin. Everything seems to be mapping fine EXCEPT checkbox custom fields. I’ve mapped the Checkbox List Fields to the Checkbox Form Fields but when the box is checked in the Gravity Form, it doesn’t show as checked under Contacts in iContact. I enabled debugging but I don’t see where to find the debug transcript. The text custom fields work… I’m at a loss.

    iContact says:
Generally for 3rd party integration you want to make sure that all of your custom fields with iContact are of the “text field” type. Checkboxes only allow for 2 values. 1 or 0 for checked or not checked respectively. If your form is trying to pass a text value such as “yes” or “no”, then field type must also be text. The type of field that collect the data on your form can be of any type so as long as the iContact field is set to text.

But I tried mapping checkbox to text field and it still doesn’t work.

Anyone have any ideas of when this would be fixed?

This is fixed in the next version, coming shortly.
