Photos not showing up on page

    I have added photos to my home page via the add media button, they normally displayed in a carousel and now they do not show up for some reason, Im not too sure about what needs to be in between the photos as well as before and after. Perhaps I have accidently deletted something. Here is what i currenly have. Any help is greatly appriciated I am still learning WP.
