Replace Header/logo with responsive slider

I’m so sorry, I have no idea what I’m doing with code. Where exactly would I place the code <?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[responsive_slider]’ ); ?> in my template in order to replace the header/logo image on all of my pages? Thank you so much 🙂
