Mobile to web – layout differs

Hi, i have a woocommerce theme and it may be a woocommerce issue but I dont understand why the theme differs on mobiles to website. I would like it to look the same wherever you look at it (i understand various things change) but the basics should be the same. Please let me know how to proceed.
