Help text and required not showing in form after update

    Just updated the plugin, updated WordPress, deactivated & reactivated plugin (due to disappearing forms) and all seemed well again.
    First off, I was using Ninja Forms Lite which got replaced with the regular Ninja Forms plugin after updating.
    Don’t mind tho, as long as the finished results are the same.

    Noticed most of the div id’s and the form id were renamed so I adjusted the css accordingly.

    But now I noticed that the Help text and required fields aren’t showing. I’ve checked and altho I have both options checked in the WordPress admin area, there aren’t any div’s help or req-item in the HTML.
    I only see the text “Fields marked with a * are required” at the top of the form (which disappears when no fields are checked required), but no * at the required inputfields.
