Changing Sundance Width

    Hi there,
    As you can see in my blog:
    http://www.allthingskai.com/
    The sidebar is too wide for the background template I’ve set – the words run out into the background on the right hand side.
    I’ve tried editing a few things in HTML but nothing has been successful.
    Is it possible to get rid of the margin on the left hand side?

    try adding a right margin to the style of #secondary, and increase the right margin in the style of #content accordingly.
    (not widely tested; check for side effects in other pages of yoyur site…)

    as a pure formatting issue, this might better be asked in a css forum like http://csscreator.com/forum

    Hi,
    Thanks, but still need to make the whole page wider, or shorten/get rid of the left hand margin:[Duplicated link moderated]

    which of the two?

    in any case, this is just tedious css tweaking.

    try using a browser inspection tool (for instance, I use Firefox’ web developer add-on) to investigate where to find the styles for the elements in style.css
