Disable responsiveness in Poloray

I have been trying to wrap my head around the responsive nature of the Poloray theme, and my life would be so much better if I could just disable it.

I managed to get the website to stay full width on my computer screen, and it is even full width on my iPhone. The only catch is that I can not view the whole screen at once on my iPhone. I want to be able to zoom out and just look at the website the way I see it on my monitor.
