[Plugin: U Buddypress Forum Attachment] Are there other similar plugins?

I recently installed this plugin, also enabled it as the instruction insisted, but when i went to my forum to post a thread, there is still no option for uploading an attachment (i.e images, file, photos, etc).

Does anyone know of other plugins for file uploader that is compatible with buddypress & wordpress forum? Thank you very much.
