Viewing the Website Error

Hey there,

Thanks for taking your time to view my post.
I am a beginner so this should take you guys too long to figure out.

Here’s the Problem:

Site: financeoutpost.com
Theme: Thesis 2.0

I have edited the site adding new plugins, and adding a picture on the homepage.

But these changes aren’t showing on the website.

When I type in the URL on a public computer at the library for example it shows these pages:

While when I view the website when I’m logged in to the admin wordpress dashboard it shows this: (I want this.)

As you can see I have made a few changes but these changes aren’t loading.
1. Banner on front page.
2. Different Social Sharing Plugin
3. Smaller banner.
