I have received 2000 comments(average 200 per day) on same blog post from the same ip and comment is spam i want to know, is that hacking way ? and what is the solution of this like blocking ip ???

Activate Akismet and install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cookies-for-comments/
This is not a hack – just a spam bot.
