Help with setting the shipping pament options

    Hi,
    thanks for the plugin, I am using it for a business, and it’s great.
    I am having trouble with the shipping payments, though.
    Firstly, I set my free shipping minimum amount to $40, and then clicked the option “If applicable, display only this method”. But when I tried out the shopping cart, and ordered an item for only $10, this method still came up. How come?
    Also, I want to have different charges, depending on where the customer lives and how much the purchase costs. But for shipping cost, I only see an option of setting it according to weight, not price. Is there an option to change that?
    I want that when a customer orders the minimum amount, it should be free shipping (free trans option), and when a customer orders for below the minimum amount, it should be a different charge depending on where he lives. So I set the zones according to what I want (US, Canada, and International), but instead of setting it according to weight, I want to set it according to the amount they are ordering. (under $40)

    I am not sure if I was clear in the above post. Here is what I want help with:
    I have two separate charges- one for Canada, and one for the US. But I only want the charge to show up for orders that are under the minimum amount. All orders above the min amount I want to have free shipping. I want that when the customer checks out, the correct fee should show up under the sending options. Right now, both options show up- free shipping, and the charge for us/can, and the customer has the option to check one off. But I want that there should only be one option- depending on whether or not the customer is ordering the min amount. If I check off the option “If applicable, display only this method” for the free trans, it comes up as the sending method even when the order is not the min amount!
    How do I correct this?
    (For international shipping, I have no problem, because that is always a set fee- it doesnt depend on a min amount ordered.)
