Redirect a featured post into a page instead of the original post

Hi guys,

I’m running a site for a client where the template features two posts on the home page.
I’ve titled them “Our History” and “About Us” respectively under the client design request. The main menu also include two pages include the same contents as the featured posts.

I’ve been requested to have the featured posts to include the exact same contents/layout as the pages in the menu, hence come my question ..

How can I have the post’s “Read More”/ “Post title” and “Post’s featured image” redirect to those specific pages instead of pointing to the original full posts themselves ?
