    Did you mean you now can’t login to your backend? If you can login to your backend, then you can simply uninstall this plugin. But if you can’t, I thing the only think you can do is to force remove this plugin.

    I mean to say, I am unable to browse my site also the wp-backend, But I am able to login my control panel & phpmyadmin, I checked the blockout table & found my ip address is not there.

    Any suggestion, also let me know what is the better security for wordpress site.

    I want my wordpress site fully secure.

    First you need to gain control to your website backend. Once you can manage to do it, backup your website and its database. Then you may enable the Better WordPress Security but don’t enable all the features. One-by-one you enable the features and test which one is the culprit of the problem.
